Chinese shoes 【Feiyue Shoes】 Cheap, fashionable and easy to wear

As a middle-aged man, I was honestly skeptical about Made in China.

This is one of the products that turned that around in a good way and made me think that Made in China is possible.

This kind of thing is already happening in many places, so I think people who say "Made in China..." should wake up soon.

I think I woke up very late too.

I'm talking about shoes, and this manufacturer, Feiyue, is a very major brand in China.

I'm a little embarrassed that I don't know about a major brand of shoes in a neighboring country.

They are also famous for their Kung Fu shoes, and it is no exaggeration to say that they are the national shoes of China.

Let's take a look at the history, products, comfort, and design of Feiyue.

About the product

The brand was founded in Shanghai.

The first shoes were made in the 1920s.

After that, the company grew to a solid position in China, but declined due to changes associated with the opening up of China.

In 2005, Patrice Bastian, a Shanghai-based marketing and events manager and entrepreneur, decided to team up with a group of artists to recreate the brand name in order to improve Feiyue's image and appearance.

In February 2006, they present the first Feiyue Shoes collection by a French designer.

In 2014, BBC International, a footwear company based in Boca Raton, Florida, acquired the French company Feiyue Shoes.

There are a few differences between the original Chinese version and the redesigned American version, including

Soles

The soles of the Chinese version have a thinner sole pad, which is considered more suitable for martial arts.

The seal in the center of the sole is a green triangle in the Chinese version and a red circle in the American version.

However, the recent Chinese version manufactured by Dafu uses the red circle mark of the American version, while the one manufactured by Top One (a manufacturer called Top One?) uses the green triangle mark.

Canvas material

The canvas material of the Chinese version is thinner, which allows for greater flexibility in the ankle.

The American version has a thicker canvas material.

Style

The American version of the shoe offers a wide range of fashionable styles for men, women and children.

As a result, it has started collaborating with various brands and has gained many celebrity fans.

The Chinese version of the shoes, on the other hand, offers about 150 different styles to suit Chinese fashion tastes.

Recommended points

First of all, the design is cute, isn't it? It's a simple design, but the colors and combinations are nice.

It's so simple that you don't have to worry too much about combining it with your clothes, and it goes with everything.

The functionality is also not a problem as these shoes are used in Chinese martial arts such as Kung Fu.

They are soft and easy to wear with a wide range of motion.

The cushioning in the sole of the foot makes them a bit fluffy, which is also good.

Merits and demerits

Demerits

 -Hard to find in Japan.

Advantages

 -Cheap

 -Fashionable

 -Easy to wear

Impressions

I'm not sure what to make of this.

But then it was bought by the US, and the Chinese version existed separately, which was quite a surprise to me.

There are some parts that have been translated from the English site, so there may be some unclear parts or mistakes.

I will respond to requests for objective corrections as soon as possible.

For now, the only way to get them in Japan is through online stores such as Amazon and AliExpress.

I bought both pairs on AliExpress.

There used to be a Feiyue store on AliExpress, but I can't find it anymore.

It's a pity that the variety of products they carry has decreased because of this.

In terms of the size of the shoes I bought, I was fine with the same size I usually wear.

There is no size larger or smaller than the size indicated.

Conclusion

For shoes that can be bought in the 2000 yen range, the design and durability are pretty good quality.

Compared to shoes that can be bought at the same price range in Japan, I think there are many areas where they are superior.

I think they have the potential to sell explosively in Japan if there is a small opportunity, so it's a good idea to hold on to them while you can.
